Job Summary
Lead and continuously enhance the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and risk appetite. Facilitate cross-functional risk assessment workshops to identify, assess, and prioritize key strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks. Maintain and update the risk register with clear ownership; monitor mitigation plans and KRIs; review risk assessments and control effectiveness; prepare risk reports for senior management and ARC. Establish and test crisis management, business continuity plans; collaborate with Internal Audit to address control gaps; promote risk awareness; monitor emerging risks and ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or related areas
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CIA, CPA) are a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field
