Job Summary
Identify and implement improvements in risk assessment and measurement while collaborating closely with the second and third lines of defense. Support operations, corporate functions, and business support by identifying, evaluating, managing, and reporting operational risks. Facilitate risk workshops and maintain strong relationships across organizational levels to translate complex methodologies into practical requirements. Contribute to a robust and transparent risk culture that protects the organization's reputation through proactive governance and process refinement.
Required Qualifications
- experience with operational risk management
- interest management at multiple organizational levels from corporate leadership to employees
- extensive communication and analytical skills with the ability to convey complex connections both in writing and verbally
- ability to navigate the intersection between defense lines, requirements, and business
