Job Summary
Coordinate and execute daily operations on the drilling and pipesite, overseeing the HDD drilling process as the right-hand to the Driller. Direct and mentor junior righthands and crew members while supporting operational planning and site setup. Operate specialized machinery such as autolaunch cranes and perform complex technical tasks to ensure efficient drilling progress. Proactively identify risks, maintain safety standards, and act as the on-site point of contact when the Driller is unavailable. Requires HDD experience, valid driving license, and VCA certification. Full-time role in the energy transition sector with competitive compensation and international mobility opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Aantoonbare ervaring binnen HDD of vergelijkbare (ondergrondse) boortechnieken
- Grondige technische kennis
- Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen
- Ervaring met het aansturen of begeleiden van collega's
- In het bezit van rijbewijs
- In het bezit van VCA
- Bereidheid om nationaal en internationaal te werken (o.a. NL / UK / Polen)
