Senior RF Engineer

Support the development and validation of requirements, concepts of operations, and system integration for intelligence community RF projects. Aids senior engineers in translating technical guidance into actionable data while directing the compilation of engineering data, construction, and testing of models. Designs component circuits, writes reports and test procedures, and prepares plans, process specifications, and procedures for complex engineering assignments. Conducts analyses or tests pertaining to new methods and materials, evaluates engineering progress to assure technical adequacy, and coordinates with technical support personnel. Performs professional Radio Frequency Engineering assignments involving antenna design, frequency synthesizers, transmitters, receivers, Land Mobile Radio, SATCOM, and Tactical Communications. Works independently with considerable discretion under general direction, maintaining liaison with engineering organizations to coordinate group activities.
