(Senior) Rewards Manager

Job Summary
Design and manage CHANEL Korea’s rewards programs, including Retail compensation policies, Retail pay-mix, and Sales incentive schemes; lead job evaluation and governance across regional rewards initiatives; conduct market and pay-competitiveness analysis and advise market P&O and business managers; support annual compensation reviews, budget guidance, and benefits/wellbeing program implementation with vendor partners; collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and regional teams to ensure compliance with local labor laws and alignment with global guidelines; contribute to regional projects (WorkDay and rewards governance) and maintain/updating job profiles and merit/increase processes.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or higher
- Fluent in English; Korean language is a plus
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in rewards management
- Experience leading rewards projects
- Knowledge of local employment law
- Experience designing sales incentive plans
- Knowledge of job evaluation methodology
- Interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders
