Job Summary
Senior Reward Manager responsible for developing and implementing innovative, company-wide Total Rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent globally. Lead high-impact projects such as job architecture evolution, M&A integrations, and expansion into new markets; partner with senior leaders to provide strategic compensation insights; prepare executive-level and board-ready Total Rewards content; mentor the Reward function and shape Canva’s reward philosophy for global growth. This role requires a strong background in compensation and benefits design, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across a fast-growing, international organization. Located at Canva’s Sydney HQ with flexible working arrangements across Australia and occasional collaboration with teams in multiple campuses. Interviews conducted virtually.

- Deep expertise across compensation and benefits design
- Strong analytical and modelling capability
- Ability to connect reward strategy to business performance with commercial acumen
- Proven track record in leading complex, transformational reward initiatives
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and presenting to executive audiences
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with clarity and sound judgment
