Leads high-impact projects such as job architecture evolution, M&A integrations, and expansion into new markets, partnering with senior leaders to provide strategic compensation insights. Shapes future-ready reward strategies through market data, forwards-looking analysis, and executive-level communications, and mentors the Reward function within Canva’s global team. Focused on aligning reward programs with business performance while remaining adaptable in a fast-growing global environment.
