Job Summary
Partner with business leaders and HR teams on reward matters, advising on hiring, promotions, retention, and pay decisions. Lead annual compensation review activity, conduct market benchmarking, and develop reward recommendations and business cases. Support reward governance and committee activity while contributing to reward strategy and regulatory projects. Build trusted relationships across HR, Finance, and senior stakeholders to influence reward decisions and shape strategy. This role offers exposure to complex challenges and strategic projects within a global financial services group focused on retirement and protection solutions.

- Experience running compensation review processes
