Job Summary
Coordinate detailed architectural documentation in Revit for the base build and fitout of a major health project, working closely with architects, consultants, and the wider project team. Lead the production of high-quality architectural documentation through design development and detailed phases, resolving coordination and technical issues within complex models. Manage technical knowledge across base build and fitout packages while collaborating on large, complex buildings with building services, structure, and other consultants. Requires significant experience producing Revit documentation and understanding construction detailing standards. Based in Brisbane with hybrid work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience producing and leading Revit documentation within an architectural practice
- Strong Revit capability and experience producing high-quality architectural documentation
- Experience working through design development and detailed documentation phases
- Strong technical knowledge across base build and fitout packages
- Experience coordinating architectural documentation with building services, structure and other consultants
- Ability to identify and resolve coordination and technical issues within a complex Revit model
- Experience delivering large, complex or highly serviced buildings
- Strong understanding of construction detailing, buildability and documentation standards
- Ability to work collaboratively within a large multidisciplinary project team
