Job Summary
Senior Review Program Manager (attorney, active in good standing) oversees high-level planning and execution of large-scale document review programs. Leads cross-functional teams of project managers and review teams, advising on review strategy, technology deployment (AI/Analytics/TAR), and workflow optimization across multi-jurisdictional and global matters. Responsible for client-facing oversight, budgeting/ROI assessments, staffing decisions, and the development and adoption of enterprise-level review standards. Demonstrates leadership in coordinating with counsel, clients, and Lighthouse stakeholders to ensure quality, timeliness, and efficient utilization of technology to reduce review volumes and costs. Mentors Review Managers and contributes to process improvements and company initiatives. Requires substantial experience in complex document review environments, strong leadership, and proficiency with Relativity or similar platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Eight+ years of experience as a document review manager with a review provider or law firm
- Experience leading complex multi-jurisdictional and global matters
- Attorney, active and in good standing in any US jurisdiction
- Strong leadership and delegation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for client-facing role
- Proficiency as an end user in Relativity or comparable platform
- Knowledge of litigation discovery process
- Ability to incorporate TAR and other analytics into review workflows
- Ability to plan and manage reviews for MDLs or HSR Second Requests preferred
