Job Summary
Senior Revenue Technical Accounting Manager responsible for ASC 606 revenue recognition, managing the revenue close process, reviewing customer contracts for rev rec implications, and partnering with Sales Leadership and FP&A to align technical revenue recognition with financial forecasting. Role requires coordinating with external auditors (PWC), implementing process improvements, and evaluating revenue aspects for new business models. Key skills include CPA-level accounting expertise, Big 4/public company background, ERP systems (Netsuite), SOX/compliance, and strong communication across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Licensed CPA
- 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting (Big 4 and public company experience)
- Experience with ASC 606 and multi-element revenue arrangements
- Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to conduct technical accounting research
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with external auditors (PWC)
- Experience with Netsuite ERP
- SOX knowledge and internal controls experience
