Job Summary
Senior Revenue Operations Manager responsible for partnering with Revenue leadership to drive annual planning, forecasting, reporting, and optimization of GTM processes across the revenue lifecycle. Collaborates with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Business Systems to design and monitor KPIs, enable data-driven decisions, optimize lead management and territory coverage, manage revenue tech stack, and align incentives with company objectives. Focuses on planning, forecasting accuracy, dashboarding, and delivering actionable insights to improve revenue performance, productivity, and cross-functional execution across new business, expansion, and retention.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, or related analytical roles
- Experience supporting multiple revenue functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and/or Renewals
- Strong expertise in forecasting, planning, territory design, quota setting, compensation, and performance analytics
- Deep understanding of SaaS revenue models and the metrics that drive acquisition, retention, and expansion
- Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Sigma, or Power BI
- Strong Salesforce experience and familiarity with modern GTM technologies including Gong, LeanData, Outreach, Saleforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, and translate data into actionable business recommendations
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
