Job Summary
Senior Revenue Operations Manager responsible for designing, scaling, and optimizing the end-to-end revenue engine across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success. Own GTM systems, data, process, forecasting, and performance management to drive predictable revenue growth and operational efficiency. Create and implement high-quality reporting and insights to advise internal stakeholders, partnering closely with Sales, Enablement, Partnerships, and Finance to ensure alignment and scalable infrastructure for growth. A self-starter and cross-functional collaborator who can influence an organization and execute rapidly with high velocity and quality. Remote role based in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Business/Sales/Revenue Operations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools; proficiency in Salesforce and JIRA
- Experience with data visualization and dashboards (Tableau, Mode, Looker)
- Design and maintenance of lead-to-cash workflows including routing, scoring, enrichment, and lifecycle management
- Ownership of top-of-funnel operations: lead management, routing, scoring, attribution, campaign tracking, and funnel conversion performance
- Ability to translate growth strategy into operational execution: territory design, segmentation, forecasting rigor, funnel performance, systems architecture, cross-functional alignment
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills; proven track record of data-driven decision making
- Effective communication across varied audiences and teams
- Experience working with large data sets and enterprise reporting
