Job Summary
Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, Analytics & Tableau responsible for owning and scaling Tableau architecture, dashboard development, data modeling, reporting automation, and KPI governance across the go-to-market organization. Partner with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, and Systems to support executive reporting, automate recurring analytics, and drive continuous improvement of the reporting ecosystem. Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and analytical views to support leadership decision-making, forecast visibility, and operational reviews; establish QA and governance routines; drive self-service analytics; ensure accuracy and well-structured outputs for leadership reporting; collaborate with Salesforce, Marketing Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver actionable insights. 6+ years of experience in relevant RevOps/BI roles; strong Tableau and SQL skills; familiarity with Salesforce data; compensation range $90k-$120k; remote-friendly with benefits and diverse-requirements outlined.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Business Intelligence, or a related field within a SaaS environment
- Strong experience with Tableau, including dashboard design, business requirements gathering, QA, stakeholder support, and ongoing ownership of reporting assets
- Experience with SQL, data models, business intelligence tooling, or predictive analytics required
- Proven experience automating reporting, improving analytical workflows, and reducing manual reporting effort in a fast-paced business environment
- Experience working with Salesforce data, reporting, or related business systems in a go-to-market environment. Fivetran experience a plus
- Experience supporting executive reporting, KPI reporting, pipeline or forecast reporting, or business review materials is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating proficiency in converting business needs into clear metrics, reporting structures, and actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data quality, reporting QA, and process documentation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work effectively with leadership and cross-functional partners
