Job Summary

Senior Revenue Enablement Lead for Customer Success, remote or HQ in Des Moines, IA. Drive consistency, retention, and growth across the post-sale customer journey by enabling CS leadership, onboarding CSMs/TAMs/Support teams, and building training, coaching frameworks, and certifications. Lead train-the-trainer initiatives for BPO and support teams, partner with GTM Readiness to integrate new products into the post-sale experience, and collaborate with front-line leaders to drive coaching, call reviews, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in customer success, enablement, or post-sale operations
  • experience enabling CS, TAMs, and support teams
  • experience building onboarding programs and development frameworks
  • strong coaching and facilitation skills

  • comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
