Job Summary
Senior Revenue Cycle & Accounts Receivable Specialist at Terra Fertility, responsible for managing complex AR, payer follow-up, denials management, appeals, and revenue-cycle analytics to optimize reimbursement in a fast-paced specialty medical environment. Role requires deep healthcare billing experience, ability to independently resolve denials and analyze reimbursement trends, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams. Position is full-time, hybrid after on-site training in Dedham, MA, and reports to the Revenue Cycle Lead.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare billing and accounts receivable experience
- Demonstrated expertise in denials management, appeals, and payer follow-up
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle metrics and reimbursement analysis
- Experience working with EOBs, ERAs, clearinghouses, and payer portals
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
