Job Summary
Senior Revenue Accountant to support SAAS revenue recognition under ASC 606, validate data in RevPro, prepare journal entries, reconcile revenue-related accounts (deferred revenue, contract assets, unbilled revenue), maintain internal controls, perform advanced Excel analyses, process contract modifications and revenue adjustments, assist in testing and implementation of system updates, and participate in ad hoc projects including new product evaluations and acquisitions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 2–3 years of experience in revenue recognition or related accounting roles
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, and Audit teams
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
