Senior Revenue Accountant

Job Summary
Analyze customer and venue contracts to prepare deferred revenue schedules, generate invoices, and process adjustments per U.S. GAAP. Resolve payment discrepancies, pursue collections, and recommend reserves or write-offs. Perform revenue share calculations, prepare partner reports, and assist with venue audits. Complete monthly financial closes, coordinate interdepartmental meetings, and prepare journal entries and reconciliations. Drive process improvements, ensure compliance with internal controls, and perform ad hoc analysis. Requires 3-5 years of accounting experience, 2+ years in accounts receivable or revenue accounting, and a U.S. CPA preferred. Full-time role with hybrid schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable and/or revenue accounting experience
- 2+ years of Public Accounting experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting or related field
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting principles
- Strong working knowledge of revenue recognition
- Excellent project management skills
