Job Summary
Manage assigned product lines and legal entities by ensuring global revenue is properly recorded and balance sheet reconciliations are performed and reviewed. Establish relationships with the business, understand SLA requirements, and escalate issues timely to ensure deadlines are met. Perform monthly close activities, address reconciling items promptly, and maintain accurate recording of revenue and expenses. This role reports directly to the Manager, Revenue Accounting within the Finance Team at Aptean, a global provider of mission-critical software solutions for manufacturers and distributors.
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- US GAAP knowledge in ASC 606 revenue recognition
- CPA
- Ability to operate on own initiative
- Maturity and ability to work on own initiative in a fast paced environment
- Maintaining quality of work
- Effective working relationships with both internal and external customers

- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Sage Intacct
- Strong interpersonal skills
