Senior Revenue Accountant

Job Summary
Execute and support the end-to-end revenue recognition process in compliance with IFRS 15, ensuring accurate transaction recording and reporting. Analyze and reconcile key revenue accounts monthly, prepare variance analysis for management, and process month-end close activities including journal entries and accruals. Act as a subject matter expert for junior team members, assist with external year-end audits, and identify process improvements within revenue and accounts receivable functions. Collaborate cross-functionally with project delivery and operations teams to resolve queries and represent finance on system implementations. Contribute across broader accounting areas including AP, GL, and FP&A as needed.
Required Qualifications
- CPA designation (or actively pursuing)
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
- at least 2 years in a revenue accounting or related role
- Strong expertise in accounting and financial principles and governance (GAAP, IFRS)
- Deep knowledge and understanding of IFRS 15 - Revenue from Contracts with Customers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel
