Job Summary
Senior Retirement Services Client Relationship Manager responsible for delivering retirement plan education to clients and employees, serving as the primary contact for assigned retirement plans, ensuring IRS/ERISA regulatory compliance, reviewing and optimizing plan designs, analyzing plan performance and contribution calculations, overseeing government filings and compliance testing, and advising on plan changes. Requires a bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of related experience in ERISA/retirement plans; must demonstrate analytical, organizational, communication (verbal & written), customer service, and problem-solving skills; occasional travel to local branches or client sites.
Required Qualifications

- 4-6 years of related experience with ERISA regulations and retirement plan designs OR equivalent education and experience
