Senior Retirement Plan Service Manager

Job Summary
Drive daily operations for the retirement plan advisory team by supporting Advisors and Partners with process understanding, client onboarding, and end-to-end review coordination. Act as the liaison among clients, financial institutions, and service providers to manage deadlines, fund changes, and vendor relationships while developing team content for social media and presentations. Own the preparation of client review materials, including investment reports and meeting agendas, and lead Salesforce procedures as the subject matter expert. Synthesize firm-wide updates, maintain the team repository, and facilitate communication across all channels to ensure seamless execution from onboarding through ongoing plan reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum of five years of retirement plan/benefits or other relevant work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with an emphasis in Accounting, Business or Finance field
- Retirement plan designations a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, with advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint a plus
- Familiarity with Canva and Salesforce a plus
