Senior Retirement Plan Administrator

Job Summary
Manage client relationships as the primary contact for assigned retirement plans by building strong partnerships with sponsors and participants. Administer qualified plans by reviewing design, maintaining documents, overseeing compliance testing, coordinating conversions, and ensuring operational accuracy. Monitor regulatory compliance, assist with annual testing and Form 5500 preparation, and recommend process improvements. Identify opportunities to expand Retirement Services offerings through referrals and collaboration with Financial Consultants. Coordinate enrollment meetings, provide retirement education, and respond to inquiries to help clients maximize plan value. This role offers flexibility to work remotely, with candidates required to reside within 50 miles of a C&N location or relocate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-6 years of related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Securities Registration
