Job Summary
Senior Retail Strategist role focused on developing data-driven, insight-rich strategies to accelerate growth for leading brands. Responsibilities include partnering with Strategy leadership to build brands through full-funnel marketing, understanding consumer/shopper demographics and media, conducting primary and secondary research, analyzing category dynamics and trends, diagnosing complex business problems with cross-functional leads, developing creative and strategic briefs, designing shopper journeys, and translating inputs into actionable strategic outputs. Ideal candidates will have strong presentation skills, high intellectual curiosity, analytical thinking, collaboration, organization, adaptability, time-management, and a proactive, feedback-ready mindset. This role requires collaboration across agency and client teams, and is offered with a hybrid remote work arrangement within multiple U.S. locations; compensation ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, with background check requirements.
