Job Summary
Oversee daily store management, including scheduling, SOP adherence, and assigning tasks to the retail team. Provide excellent customer service, establish contacts with existing and potential customers, and mentor staff to improve productivity. Lead stock-takes for inventory, ensure efficient stocking, and maintain the store environment while collaborating with managers on sales activities and feedback. Work a five-day week including weekends with a minimum of one year retail experience. Fluent in English is required, with a passion for home and lifestyle products being a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 5 days work week including both weekends
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail roles (part-time experience accepted)
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Fluent in English
