Senior Retail Real Estate Loan Processor-Closer

Coordinate and manage the daily workflow of the Retail Loan Operations real estate processing team, overseeing the pipeline from origination through closing for complex loan types including Construction, First Lien Mortgages, and Home Equity. Process and close real estate secured loans while conducting reviews of initial, pre-closing, and Amendment documents to ensure compliance with bank policies, federal regulations, and customer service standards. Provide operational guidance to Personal Bankers and Loan Officers, assist with new product testing and software updates, and identify compliance risks or departmental efficiencies. Lead by example to motivate the team while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role requires three years of real estate loan processing experience and proficiency in Encompass and Fiserv software.
