Job Summary
Senior Retail Planner at Rituals focusing on S&OE forecasting for 0-3 months, managing daily planning operations for the country package, and driving efficiency improvements. Responsibilities include KPI management (Availability, Days of Supply, Forecast, Inventory Value vs. Store Targets), forecasting management for 0-3 month horizon, stakeholder engagement with Retail Coordinators/managers, cross-functional collaboration with Supply, Demand & Inventory Planning, S&OP, Logistics, Retail, Ecom, Wholesale/Travel/Master Franchise, and Business Technology, and leading operational excellence initiatives to enhance retail and e-commerce planning. The role requires 2-3 years of planning/forecasting experience in Retail or FMCG, strong Excel and Power BI skills, ERP/planning software knowledge (Logility & RELEX preferred), and a proactive, assertive, flexible, and accurate work style.
Required Qualifications
- at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in S&OE planning or replenishment planning or a combination of planning and forecasting in a commercial organization
- Experience with working in a Retail or FMCG organization
- Bachelor educational level in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration (minimum)
- Great with Excel and experience with Power BI dashboarding
- Knowledge of ERP and planning software, preferably Logility & RELEX
- Analytical skills and commercial insight
- Assertive, proactive, flexible, accurate and you have a high level of stress resistance
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in S&OE planning or replenishment planning
- Experience in Retail or FMCG
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Power BI
