Job Summary
Senior Retail Media Insights Analyst responsible for analysing complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights, and informing planning, optimisation and performance improvements. Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure insights are understood and applied, develops standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards, supports performance measurement, and translates retail media data into actionable insights for sales teams, media partners and clients. Requires strong analytical capability, storytelling, and the ability to translate data into business context and communicate recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field – (essential).
- +5 years’ experience in a similar capacity, buying or category management – (essential).
- Demonstratable ability influencing, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with management, internal partners, and external clients - (desirable)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) - (essential)
