Job Summary
Senior Retail Claims Consultant delivering fair, timely Life Risk claims outcomes; manages complex/high-risk claims within delegated authority; provides technical guidance, mentoring to claims consultants; contributes to continuous improvement; requires strong collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge of LICOP and life insurance claims lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years’ experience assessing Retail Life Risk claims
- Strong technical capability across the full claims lifecycle (coverage, evaluation, policy interpretation)
- Knowledge of Life Insurance Code of Practice (LICOP)
- Experience coaching/mentoring or providing technical support
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
