Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by achieving sales targets, managing customer databases, and ensuring visual merchandising standards. Deliver personal styling experiences while leading client follow-ups and handling after-sales service. Maintain healthy stock levels through regular replenishment, stock takes, and collaboration with the Operations team. Submit weekly and monthly sales reports on time and execute administrative tasks assigned by management. This role requires proven luxury retail expertise and gemmological certification is a plus.
