Job Summary
Senior Restaurant & Operations Manager responsible for leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards across front-of-house and back-of-house areas. Drives revenue growth and cost control through financial analysis, staffing, training, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Oversees staff development, scheduling, and adherence to safety and operating procedures while delivering a consistent, high-energy guest experience in a fast-paced, entertainment-focused environment. Works a 50-hour week with weekend and holiday availability to support multi-brand venues under Dave & Buster’s and Main Event Entertainment. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
- Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
