Senior Respiratory Therapist

Senior Respiratory Therapist responsible for overseeing and coordinating shift activities, staff assignments, and ensuring smooth department operations in a high-acuity cardiac/trauma environment. Performs and supervises respiratory care across inpatient and outpatient settings, including advanced ventilator management, intubation support, ABG analysis, and monitoring. Provides leadership, mentorship, and liaison with other departments, while maintaining compliance with TriHealth SERVE standards and department protocols. Requires involvement in code blues responses, management of adult and neonatal airways, and ensuring continued clinical leadership and quality of care within a tertiary hospital setting.
