Senior Residential Conveyancer

Senior Residential Conveyancer to manage a mixed residential caseload from instruction through post-completion, maintain high-quality client care, supervise the team in the absence of the Legal Director, meet strict deadlines in a pressurised environment, liaise with Legal Secretaries, Paralegals and Trainee Paralegals, and maintain accurate records. The role requires detailed understanding of Property Law, the ability to develop and sustain client relationships, supervision and mentoring of colleagues, and strong organisational and communication skills. UK-based role with regular office attendance at Davies and Partners Solicitors in Bristol; qualification as Solicitor or FCILEx and CLC registration are required, with 6 years+ PQE desirable. DBS disclosure and identity/qualification checks are part of the hiring process.
