Job Summary
Senior Residential Childcare Support Worker in Kendal with a pathway to Team Leader. Assist the Home Manager in ensuring smooth operation, implementing policies and procedures, maintaining records, and fostering the growth and development of junior staff. Focus on safeguarding and well-being of children and young people in care, with duties including promoting positive outcomes, supporting staff, and ensuring high-quality care aligned with Therapeutic Care values. Must have a Full UK Driving Licence and a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce; 35 hours per week, 8am–11pm, 1 on 2 off rolling shifts; sleep-in pay and overtime; permanent contract.
