Job Summary
Senior Residential Broker in Paris responsible for proactively sourcing residential property opportunities through owner outreach, referrals, networking, and market prospecting; build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, brokers, developers and other market participants; identify off-market and on-market opportunities aligned with Ukio's objectives; secure mandates by establishing trust with owners and negotiating commercial terms; generate and manage a pipeline of properties from sourcing through closing; conduct property visits and evaluate opportunities from a commercial/transactional perspective; develop sales strategies and identify suitable buyer profiles; market properties and engage potential buyers through personal networks and industry contacts; conduct viewings, present opportunities, and manage buyer relationships throughout the transaction; lead negotiations with owners and buyers to maximize value; manage the entire transaction lifecycle from initial contact to closing; collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure efficient execution; expand Ukio's Paris residential market network; required English and French fluency with Spanish a plus; autonomous, proactive, and results-driven with a hands-on approach to sourcing opportunities and driving transactions to completion.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in residential real estate brokerage, sales, or business development in the Paris residential market
- Fluency in French and English is required; Spanish is a plus
