Job Summary
Senior Resident Project Representative at Stanley Consultants. Responsible for leading on-site engineering for large municipal and federally funded projects. Requires a PE license and 10+ years experience in construction management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction engineering
- PE license
- 10+ years of experience in engineering and/or construction management projects
- Experience as a Resident Engineer on IDOT/ISTHA/CDOT projects
- IDOT Documentation of Contract Quantities certification
- IDOT Erosion Control Fundamentals and Inspection Modules
- Excellent visualization, communication, and documentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading other staff
- Knowledge of field surveying
- Proficient in Construction Materials Management System (CMMS), CDOT CMQA, and Trimble Unity Construct
