Job Summary
Provide warm and engaging personal care, engaging and assisting residents with activities of daily living as needed. Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs to work with the nurse on updating their Resident Care Plan. Encourage resident participation in scheduled programs and activities. Maintain First Aid and CPR certification and medication administration certification per state requirements. This role supports seniors at Brightview Senior Living, fostering a compassionate environment dedicated to excellence and meaningful impact.
Required Qualifications
- You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- First Aid and CPR certified.
- Certified in medication administration per state specific requirements.
- Certified as Certified Nursing Assistant/Certified Home Health Aide where required by state regulations.
