Oversee accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes while processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail. Verify availability of room types and rates, input and access data in the reservation system, and set up proper billing accounts according to Accounting policies. Troubleshoot and resolve guest issues or concerns, escalate to appropriate individuals, and communicate company values to new employees. Review and implement new Reservations procedures, train staff on technical aspects, and serve as a role model for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment policy.
