Job Summary
Design, implement, and scale Vision-Language-Action models for robotic manipulation and navigation while developing strategies for multi-modal data collection and synthetic data generation. Optimize model inference for real-time robotic applications and collaborate with Core Robotics and Hardware teams to integrate AI into physical platforms. Contribute to the global research community by publishing high-impact papers at top-tier conferences such as NeurIPS, CVPR, and ICRA. This role sits at the intersection of large-scale foundation models and real-world robotic execution within our Boston-based R&D hub, focusing on developing transformative embodied intelligence technologies.
Required Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related field, with a focus on Deep Learning and Computer Vision
- Significant publications and citations at major conferences such as NeurIPS, CVPR, ICCV, ICRA, IROS, or CoRL
- Experience working in leading AI research environments
- Deep expertise in PyTorch or JAX
- experience with Transformers
- Diffusion Models
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Strong understanding of Vision-Language models

- This role is based in our Boston office
