Job Summary
Senior Research Scientist role based onsite in Lenexa, KS within ICON Flow Cytometry and clinical research environment. Responsible for designing and executing method development for flow cytometry and ligand-binding assays (ELISA, ECLIA) across PK/PD and immunogenicity programs. Senior-level duties include developing new scientific approaches, mentoring junior scientists, data review, communicating results to sponsors and project teams, and contributing to GLP-compliant documentation and SOP/WI writing. Requires fluent English, a strong background in cytometry techniques, software proficiency (SoftMax Pro, Watson, FACSDiva, FCS Express), and experience communicating findings to clients and management. Depending on level, responsibilities may include supervising colleagues, presenting externally, and supporting business development through scientific input and publications. Required Qualifications
- BS in Science + 5-7 years of experience in a relevant laboratory field
- MS or PhD with applicable research in a relevant scientific field preferred
