Job Summary
Shape the content of the Corporate Health portfolio by designing studies, analyses, and certifications while ensuring high data and process quality. Lead strategic and operational decisions derived from market and potential analyses, driving initiatives for growth and development. Manage complex projects including budget, capacity, and resource planning, steering economic performance and central KPIs in projects and audits. Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Relations, and Research & Operations, acting as the primary contact for customers, partners, and auditors. Drive digital transformation by identifying and implementing opportunities for digital tools and AI within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in Wirtschaft, Gesundheitsmanagement, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften o. Ä.
- Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung
- Ausgeprägte analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Projekten und Studien
- Erste Führungserfahrung oder ausgeprägte Führungsambitionen
- Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit
- Affinität für digitale Transformation und neue Technologien
- Verständnis für digitale Prozesse
- Erkennung von Einsatzmöglichkeiten von KI
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Englischkenntnisse
