Senior/Research Fellow [LKCMedicine]

Senior/Research Fellow to join LKCMedicine (NTU Singapore) to support research activities focused on ageing patterns in Asian populations and their associations with disease. The role involves coordinating multiple sub-studies, organizing and managing research data, generating key research outputs, contributing to data analysis, interpretation of findings, and preparation of reports, presentations, and scientific publications. The successful candidate will work with collaborating researchers and stakeholders to ensure smooth study implementation and timely achievement of milestones. Key responsibilities include providing bioinformatics analyses for large-scale multi-omics datasets, designing and troubleshooting bioinformatics pipelines for high-throughput data, performing data cleaning and integration, maintaining data management workflows, ensuring data quality, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, staying up to date with emerging bioinformatics methodologies, and contributing to grant writing and dissemination of findings at conferences and in peer-reviewed journals. Required educational qualification and experience emphasize PhD-level expertise in bioinformatics or related fields, strong programming skills, experience with Linux/HPC, and a track record of independent and collaborative research, project management, and scientific communication.
