Job Summary
Develop scoping experiments to demonstrate idea feasibility and summarize results to provide rationale for next steps. Design trials, testing, and characterization requirements to support project needs while developing appropriate R&D experimental design and recommendations for business improvements. Communicate invention disclosure submission processes and engage with legal teams for patent filings, identifying developments better captured as trade secrets. Maintain an organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety, recommending specific equipment required for job execution. This role drives invention and innovation to deliver differentiated offerings for Priority markets, translating new technologies into strategic growth opportunities. You will work onsite in Morris Plains, NJ (minimum 3 days per week) within a team pushing boundaries to redefine work for organizations.
