Job Summary
Senior Research Associate sought to contribute to patient-centered outcomes research, including literature reviews, qualitative and quantitative analyses, and development/validation of COAs; responsibilities span study protocol development, ethical documentation preparation, participant recruitment/interviewing, data analysis, and dissemination through reports, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts; requires degree in health psychology/related field, 1.5–2 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, teamwork, and UK work eligibility; role is hybrid with ~2 days in the Bollington office and periodic travel, operating within an international team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health psychology, psychology, psychological research methods, sociology, or life sciences
- 1.5-2 years of work experience in related research/health setting or consultancy
- knowledge and experience of literature review methodology
- experience with qualitative/quantitative analysis and research design including data collection, analysis, interpretation, and dissemination
- fluency with Microsoft Office
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- eligibility to work in the UK
