Job Summary
Manage research projects end-to-end in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring quality, timelines, and deliverables are met. Lead data analysis, interpret results, and develop clear and actionable insights from complex datasets. Participate in client meetings to understand business needs and ensure alignment of research objectives. Contribute to research design, including methodology development and questionnaire creation, while preparing and presenting reports tailored to client requirements. Assist in developing proposals, including research design inputs and supporting materials. Ensure quality control throughout all stages of the project, including data validation and final deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sociology, Psychology, Business, or related discipline)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in market research or a related field
- Strong experience in data analysis, interpretation, and report writing
- Experience managing research projects and working with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with research and data analysis tools
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, technology, or related industries is an asset
- Advanced statistical modeling and predictive analytics capabilities is an asset
- Familiarity with advanced research methodologies such as conjoint analysis, MaxDiff, or neuromarketing techniques is an asset
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
