Job Summary
Senior Requirements Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency Ground Based Midcourse Defense Program Office. Responsibilities include developing and managing weapons system requirements, conducting requirement analysis and trade studies, managing requirement traceability, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Required skills include a Master’s Degree with 12+ years (or a Bachelor’s with 20+ years), Secret Clearance, DOORS experience, knowledge of MBSE, self-starter mindset, and experience with CAMEO. Preferred experience includes GMD and C2BMC and a STEM degree.
