Senior Requirements Analyst - IT Systems

Job Summary
Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to identify and analyse business needs, translating them into clear functional and non-functional requirements. Visualise requirements through process flows, descriptions, and prototypes while leading information and process mapping activities. Manage requirements within Agile development processes and define documentation for IT procurements. Support test case development and evaluate test results with Test Leads and development teams. Collaborate across Business, Development, Architecture, and QA to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. Contribute to the continuous improvement of requirements management practices. Work with complex and business-critical IT systems to support digitalisation, automation, and system modernisation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the last 10 years as a Requirements Analyst, Requirements Manager, or similar role
- Strong experience gathering and analysing business needs and translating them into functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience visualising and documenting requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in Agile, team-based environments
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing requirements using Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned areas
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Test Lead
- 3+ years of experience with information and process mapping
- Experience defining functional and non-functional requirements for public-sector IT procurements
- Experience as a Requirements Analyst within high-security or classified public-sector environments
- Experience supporting testing and test-case development
- Experience working with system integrations and externally procured IT solutions
