Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Republican Strategist with extensive experience in government relations, public policy, and regulatory affairs. The role requires developing and executing strategies to enhance HPE’s reputation and achieve business goals by engaging with public officials and stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for interpreting laws and regulations, advising on policy matters, and leading advocacy initiatives. Strong legal understanding and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments are essential, along with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in commercial or public sector roles
- Demonstrated record of excellence specific to government relations, public policy, regulatory affairs, and advocacy
- Strong legal background with expertise in interpreting laws and regulations
- Demonstrated ability executing on key initiatives by influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience managing complex and large-scale cross-functional projects
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Law, Public Policy, Economics, Political Science or relevant field
- Outstanding writing and communications skills specific to the government, legal, and public policy domains
- Experience in navigating complex legal and regulatory environments
- Proven history of driving strategic outcomes for large enterprises through compelling advocacy
