Job Summary

Senior Representative - Outside Sales develops new prospects and interacts with assigned customers to drive revenue and margin for the Company’s products/services. Focus is face-to-face selling and account management to meet sales goals, including evaluating customer needs, presenting products and services, developing quotes/proposals, delivering product demonstrations, and maintaining ongoing relationships. Responsibilities include qualifying accounts, executing territory plans, advancing billing-margin initiatives, prospecting new customers (including cold calling), communicating needs to suppliers, providing quotations, mentoring others, and traveling to client sites. Requires valid driver’s license, high school degree (bachelor’s preferred), 3–5 years outside sales experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and proficiency with MS Office; travel 50–75%; outside sales environment. This role may offer commission in addition to base compensation.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Bachelor’s Degree - Marketing, Sales, Business, Engineering or related field preferred
  • 4 years industry experience preferred
