Job Summary

Senior Replenishment Analyst at Abbott Nutrition responsible for applying advanced planning, forecasting, and replenishment techniques to maintain high in-stock levels and optimize Abbott items at Walmart. Key duties include monitoring forecast accuracy, store and DC inventory, and order patterns to recommend replenishment strategies and estimate monthly shipment volumes; manage new item launches, promotions, and discontinuations; track carrier on-time performance across Walmart DC networks to improve delivery windows; oversee replenishment for Abbott items on Walmart.com; lead CPFR activities from POS forecasting to DC/store replenishment; collaborate with Walmart Replenishment Manager and Abbott National Sales Manager to align with the business plan and improve instock and forecast accuracy; develop replenishment strategies to minimize waste and optimize product flow; provide event stewardship for product introductions and promotions; present findings to mid-level and senior management. Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years replenishment experience required; strong analytical and communication skills; base pay listed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or other related disciplines
  • 3 to 5 years of replenishment experience at a CPG company supporting Walmart and/or Sam’s Club
  • Thorough understanding of CPFR processes and supply chain product flow
  • Strong technical proficiency (Retail Link, MS Excel, SAP)
  • Ability to work with large data sets and perform complex analyses
  • Autonomous work within structured processes with high accuracy and problem resolution
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills

Desired Qualifications
